Les parties engagées dans une procédure d’arbitrage relatives aux investissements en vertu de l'article 26 du TCE n'étant pas tenues de notifier au Secrétariat de l'existence ou de la teneur de leur différend, certaines sentences (et même l'existence de certaines procédures) peuvent rester confidentielles. Le Secrétariat réunit des informations non exhaustives provenant des délégués et de sources publiques (y compris des services de rapports spécialisés tels que Global Arbitration Review (GAR), Investment Arbitration Reporter (IAReporter) et ItaLaw). Le Secrétariat n'assume aucune responsabilité pour d'éventuelles erreurs ou omissions dans ces données et accueillera avec intérêt toute information supplémentaire ou clarification sur des cas spécifiques (legalaffairs@encharter.org ou en utilisant le formulaire de contact).
