Article 1(7)
« Investisseur » désigne :
a) en ce qui concerne une Partie contractante :
- i) toute personne physique jouissant de la citoyenneté ou de la nationalité de cette Partie contractante, ou résidant en permanence sur son territoire conformément à sa législation applicable ;
- ii) toute entreprise ou autre organisation organisée conformément à la législation applicable sur le territoire de cette Partie contractante ;
b) en ce qui concerne un « Etat tiers », toute personne physique, entreprise ou organisation qui remplit, mutatis mutandis, les conditions énoncées au point a) pour une Partie contractante.
